The minimum requirements for our hosted video are between a 500 and 750kbps broadband internet connection but slower speeds can watch the video if you allow your stream to buffer (the medium grey bar will show you how much has loaded and also allow you to seek to a point on that bar).

Videos embeded through other websites such as livestream and ustream are subject to their own connection policies.
